Between the Montagne Noire and the Med, Minervois blends Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre: red/black fruit, spice, black olive, wild-herb garrigue, sometimes a smoky touch 🌿.
Whites (Vermentino/Rolle, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc) show citrus, white flowers and almond 🥂; rosés are dry and crunchy.
