On Bordeaux’s Left Bank (Listrac-Médoc AOC), reds are built on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot in support. Expect blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, hints of graphite and gentle spice, a firm frame and polished tannins with a few years in bottle 🌿.
