🥃 Drambuie is a mythical Scottish liqueur made from blended Scotch whisky, heather honey, aromatic herbs and secret spices. Its original recipe is said to date back to the 18th century, passed from Bonnie Prince Charlie to the MacKinnon clan on the Isle of Skye after the Battle of Culloden in 1746.

The name “Drambuie” comes from the Gaelic An Dram Buidheach, meaning “the drink that satisfies”. In the glass, it shows a deep amber colour and a complex nose of heather, honey, gentle spice and malt.

On the palate, it is rich, velvety and warming, with layers of honey, soft spices, herbal notes and subtle oak. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, never cloying, leading to a long, soothing finish with lingering honey and spice.
