The first official bottling of Highland Park single malt whiskey was a 12 year old in 1979. It remains the flagship of the Highland Park range and is a smooth, well-balanced single malt with a rich, full flavor and a delicately smoky finish . Take your time to enjoy the 12 year old Highland Park's nose and you will discover the characteristic sweetness of honey followed by notes of fruit - perhaps pineapple, apple or pear. On the palate, it dries and leaves a delicate smoke sensation and a lasting flavor.

Dress: Amber reflections.

Nose: Sweet notes of heather honey; smoked peat tips.

Palate: Round sweetness and smoke; robustness of the malt.

Finale: Raised, hints of briar, subtle hint of smoke. Delicious.
