🥃 Highland Park 12 Year Old is the distillery’s classic expression and the first official single malt bottling, released in 1979. Today it remains the flagship of the Highland Park range: a smooth, well-balanced Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a rich, full flavour and a delicately smoky finish. Crafted at the Highland Park Distillery, it showcases the house style of heather honey sweetness wrapped in gentle peat smoke.

In the glass, it displays amber highlights. On the nose, soft notes of heather honey come first, followed by fruity hints – baked apple, pear, perhaps a touch of pineapple – and subtle peaty smoke. The palate is rounded, silky and lightly smoky, with robust malt character, honeyed sweetness and ripe fruit notes. The finish is lifted, elegant and delicious, with heather, gentle smoke and a long, satisfying aftertaste.

Highland Park 12 Year Old has earned international recognition, including a bronze medal at the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) 2011 and a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) 2011, underlining its status as a true single malt classic.
