Hibiki is famous worldwide through its aged expressions (12, 17, 21, 30 years). Japanese Harmony highlights Suntory’s blending craft by combining Yamazaki and Hakushu malts with Chita grain whisky. The recipe brings together different cask influences, including American white oak, sherry, Mizunara, a touch of smoky malt, and grain whisky to tie everything together.
