Carsebridge 48 Years Special Single Grain Whiskey comes in a beautiful box. The oldest Carsebridges ever bottled. The whiskey matured completely on American oak refill hogsheads. Barely 1000 bottles have been bottled with a strength of 43.2%. The number of bottles has been deliberately chosen. When the distillery was still operating, barley was brought in by boat. The stretch from the quay to the distillery was done by draft horses. They could each transport 1000 kg at a time.
