The Single Single Pale is a Single Malt lined with a Single Cask Whiskey aged over 12 years in oak barrels slightly impregnated in wine, little tannic, relatively dense. The difficulty of its breeding is to provide finesse, roundness and complexity of a ripe whiskey without the woody and tannic appearance, preserving its floral freshness.
