ISLAY SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY 70CL 55,1% VOL
A peaty single malt fully aged in Bourbon casks.
Tasting notes:
Dress: Bright gold
Nose: Notes of orange peel, passion fruit and lemon accompany the peat, followed by smoke, coated with vanilla and brown sugar. Very liquorice and medicinal.
Palate: Ample and uncompromising, it develops its marine aroma, iodine and sea spray. A wave of candied fruit takes possession of the palate before giving way to a licorice Tsunami. Notes of cream and salted butter caramel.
Finale: Stay on a fire. It develops on spices (cardamom, anise) and a touch of passion fruit before finally returning to more marine and winter tones.
