On the nose, there is no doubt: huge peat smoke rises immediately, joined by salty sea air, warm oats, vanilla and caramel. Hints of bonfire embers, seaweed and a faint medicinal edge complete a very coastal, smoky profile.

The palate is slightly oily, soft and creamy in texture. Intense peat and smoke lead the way, followed by notes of nuts, citrus (lemon and orange zest) and savoury, salty sea breeze. The high strength adds warmth and grip, while a malty sweetness keeps everything in balance.
