🥃 The Quiet Man 8 Year Old is a single malt from the north of Ireland, created under the guidance of Ciaran Mulgrew and master blender Billy Mitchell. Its name evokes a calm, composed character, reflecting the softness and finesse of this Irish whiskey. Although relatively new to the Irish whiskey scene, it has quickly won over enthusiasts thanks to its balanced, approachable style.

Matured for 8 years in first-rate Kentucky bourbon barrels

On the nose, you’ll find vanilla, honey, cereal notes and dried fruits, with hints of ripe orchard fruits adding a touch of juiciness.

On the palate, the texture is creamy and smooth. Flavours of ripe fruit, honey, sweet spice and soft caramel unfold, supported by light oak and a very subtle hint of smoke in the background. The overall impression is elegant and easy-drinking, with no harshness.
