Whiskey
The Whiskey Grain comes from various malted and unmalted cereals, distilled by "Coffey Still" (ie one of the inventors of this still) that is to say by continuous distillation. Aged 4 years in oak barrels, it is reduced to 44% with Pentland Hills water. Light and fine, it is worked to obtain an aperitif whiskey that will not alter the tasting of the wine during the meal.
