🥃 Hudson Baby Bourbon is a craft American bourbon whiskey made from 100% New York corn. Bottled at 46% vol. in a convenient 35cl size, it showcases a bold yet approachable style, ideal for discovering modern small-batch bourbon.

Matured for around 4 months 🛢️ in very small barrels, this bourbon reaches its aromatic maturity quickly and develops an impressively deep amber colour. The intense wood contact delivers generous notes of vanilla, caramel, sweet corn and warm spices, while preserving a vibrant grain character.

On the nose, expect a sweet and comforting profile with corn syrup, vanilla, toffee and hints of toasted oak. The palate is full-flavoured, with buttery popcorn, brown sugar, soft spice and a touch of fruit, carried by the structure of the small casks. The finish is medium to long, lingering on sweet corn, oak and gentle spice.
