The now closed Convalmore 32 Years Special Release 2017 matured on a refill hogshead of American oak, from which 3972 bottles have been bottled. Convalmore has been part of the Special Release series before. On the nose: soft, sweet with spicy influences. This further gives way to fruity notes, both sweet and sour. Taste: smooth, sweet and fruity. A light acidity and oak balance the sweet flavors. Expect plenty of fruit and slightly floral notes. Finish: long, spicy and fruity.
