For many years, Auchentoshan whiskey enthusiasts have been calling for the creation of an unfiltered version of Auchentoshan Classic. This is how the Valinch was born. The name, "Valinch", refers to the pipette used to collect the whiskey directly from the barrel. A name perfectly appropriate for such a spirit, with the deep taste, flavor and texture of a pure whiskey. An edition of authentic small batch type.
Tasting notes:
Dress: Light straw yellow.
Nose: Crème brûlée.
Palate: Sweet and creamy, full-bodied aromas of orange zest.
