🥃 Nomad Outland is an outstanding whisky born from a unique collaboration between legendary Scotch master blender Richard Paterson and Spanish master distiller Antonio Flores of Gonzalez Byass. A true meeting of Scottish tradition and Andalusian soul.

This blend is crafted from more than 30 malt and grain whiskies aged between 5 and 8 years. After an initial maturation of three years in Scotland in sherry casks, the whisky travels to Jerez, Spain, where it spends a further year in Pedro Ximénez casks.

On the nose, expect raisins, figs, vanilla, sherry notes, caramel and toasted oak. The palate is round, silky and beautifully balanced, with layers of caramel, oak, dried fruits and gentle spices leading to a long, warm and persistent finish.

🛢️ This double maturation, first in Scotland then in Jerez, brings remarkable sweetness and aromatic richness, making Nomad Outland a perfect sipping whisky neat, with a splash of water or on the rocks. It pairs wonderfully with dried-fruit desserts or dark chocolate.
