whisky Gouden Carolus single malt 50clGOUDEN CAROLUS SINGLE MALT WHISKY - 50CL/46% ALC.Gouden Carolus whiskey is distilled from the must of Gouden Carolus Tripel beer into hand-hammered copper vats. De Molenberg distillery is the first distillery in Belgium (province of Antwerp) that uses this type of vats. The whiskey first ages for 3 years in bourbon casks then for 6 months in "Het Anker" casks (oak barrels specific to the distillery).
Tasting notes:
- Dress: Gold with amber highlights.
- Nose: Fruity aromas accompanied by a touch of vanilla and oak.
- Mouth: Rich and balanced flavors of fruit, vanilla and crème brûlée.
- Finale: Pleasant with floral notes.
How to taste it: Pure or with a little fresh water.
