This Whiskey single cask, comes from a single barrel without assembly. Originally, the alcohol is rich and sweet but marked by a balanced and fine character. This whiskey is a wonderful example of whiskey grown only in fresh drums by Pedro Ximenes: It represents the balance between the sweetness and the herbaceous freshness that only barley can confer. It is consumed in digestif, chambered, alone, like a warm companion of a winter evening.
