🥃 Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried is a single cask whisky, drawn from one individual cask with no blending. Naturally rich and suave, it remains fine and balanced, thanks to a full maturation in 🛢️ fresh Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry cask.

This release is a textbook example of the harmony between sherry-led sweetness and a distinctly herbal freshness that only barley can bring. In the glass it shows a deep dark amber colour with purple highlights. The nose is unmistakably “Jerez”: floral notes, vanilla, and stewed/compoted fruits. On the palate it is silky and oily, very soft, yet also powerful, finishing long and warmly.

Best enjoyed as a digestif, at room temperature — a comforting companion for a winter evening. Serving tip: 14–15°C is ideal to keep the sweetness elegant and the structure precise.
