'Lasanta' means warmth and passion in Gaelic, reflecting the warm and spicy character of its expression.

A whiskey aged for 10 years in barrels of Bourbon used at most 2 times and in casks of Oloroso Spanish Sherry for a period of complementary ripening (up to 2 years).
Oloroso Sherry casks are selected for the quality they confer on whiskey compared to other Sherry casks.
A "Non Chill-filtered" whiskey, that is to say not purified to preserve its authenticity and a more complete texture to the palate.

Color: Light brown

Nose: Subtle blend of spices with raisins coated with chocolate, honey cake and caramel.

Palate: Sweet sherry-flavored raisins, orange wedges, nuts and caramel blend together to create a spicy, complex and complex blend.
