🥃 Koval Single Barrel Bourbon is a 50cl organic American bourbon whiskey bottled at 47% ABV, crafted in Chicago by an independent family-owned distillery. Produced grain-to-bottle, Koval oversees every step from sourcing organic grains to bottling, ensuring a clean, characterful spirit.

The mash bill is unique: 51% corn and 49% millet, giving this bourbon a distinctive fruity and spicy profile. It is matured in heavily charred new American oak barrels from the Midwest

🛢️, which impart depth, toasted notes and a firm structure. Only the heart cut of the distillate is kept (no heads or tails), with no chill filtration and no additives, resulting in a particularly pure and precise whiskey.

On the nose, Koval Single Barrel Bourbon reveals aromas of mango, vanilla and peppery caramel. The palate is creamy yet focused, with layers of spiced caramel, yellow fruits and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering vanilla, gentle pepper and ripe fruit notes.

Awarded a Gold Medal for “Best Bourbon Whiskey” at the International Whisky Competition 2014, this bourbon is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, as a refined after-dinner drink, or used as a premium base in cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Boulevardier.
