🥃 The Glenrothes 1998 is a polished Speyside single malt with the house’s hallmark honeyed delicacy and a creamy, gently spiced style. A key vintage, appreciated for its balance of ripe fruit, sweet vanilla and layered oak spice.

Distilled in Rothes, Speyside, The Glenrothes has built its reputation on elegant single malts with a refined, mellow character. This 1998 vintage received a Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (2011).

🛢️ Matured in oak casks, it develops classic Glenrothes notes: ripe fruit, creamy vanilla and complex spice. In the glass it shines pale gold. The nose shows rich, spicy vanilla, lemongrass and brown sugar syrup. The palate is soft, mature and sweet, with vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The finish is long, smooth and richly vanilla-led.

Serving suggestion: enjoy neat for clarity, or add a few drops of water to lift the lemongrass and soften the spice. A lovely premium gift — especially for sending whisky to Belgium from abroad.
