Graan Whisky komt uit verschillende gemalen en ongemaalde granen gedistilleerd door "Coffey Still" (naam van een van de uitvinders hiervan nog), dat wil zeggen door continue destillatie. Al 4 jaar in eiken vaten, is het gereduceerd tot 44% met het water van de Pentland Hills. Licht en fijn, het is gewerkt om een whisky aperitief te verkrijgen die de wijnproeverij tijdens de maaltijd niet zal veranderen.
