Created in tribute to Louis DEAU, born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region under the reign of Louis XIV.
 
The vintage LOUIS MEMORY is made mainly from very old eaux-de-vie Grande Champagne, very rich in aromas, it denotes subtle flavors: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon.
 
The palate is rich and generous and of exceptional length.

It is eaten naturally at room temperature (18 degrees) in a tulip tasting glass accompanied by a good cigar for amateurs.

Made from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which dates from 1979 and the oldest from 1916, this prestigious cognac has reached maturity and a perfect balance.
