Vinification: The Cuvée Léonie Rosé is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay. Reserve wines, from several harvests, are used up to 25% (in particular Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims vinified in red). The dosage of the Cuvée Léonie Rosé is around 9 g / liter. Characteristics: Canard-Duchêne combines a unique origin, history and style. The house has been located since 1868 in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims natural park, nobility of Champagne. Its founders, Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne, figures of the Champagne region, were recognized by the Imperial House of Russia worthy of displaying its coat of arms. The crowned double-headed eagle, emblem of the Russian imperial family, has thus adorned all the labels of the Canard-Duchêne brand since the end of the 19th century.
