2015 VINTAGE

The year 2015 was characterized by a mild and rainy winter which favored very early budburst of the vines. Spring is marked by dry, warm and sunny weather.

In summer, Champagne experiences heavy rains and cool temperatures which are overtaken by a very hot and dry month of September which gives perfect ripening of the grapes. An excellent vintage.

TASTING NOTES

The 2015 vintage is of great quality which is distinguished by its buttery and brioche aromas.

On the nose, buttery notes giving way to delicate brioche aromas upon aeration.

To the eye, a pretty pale gold color.

The palate is elegant and refreshing, accompanied by brioche flavors.
