🥃 Teeling Single Grain is a 46% vol. Irish single grain whiskey from the independent Teeling Whiskey Company, founded by Jack Teeling after his years at Cooley. With family roots in Dublin distilling dating back to 1782, Teeling is built on four pillars: authenticity, independence, quality and innovation. This rare single grain expression is a perfect showcase of that philosophy.

While most Irish grain whiskey is destined for blends, Teeling Single Grain stands proudly on its own. Distilled from corn and wheat in column stills for an extremely pure, smooth spirit, it is then fully matured

🛢️ in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. These red wine barrels bring depth, structure and a vibrant profile of red fruits, gentle spice and elegant tannins.

On the nose, expect vanilla, caramel, red berries, light chocolate and toasted oak. The palate is silky and velvety, with flavours of red fruit compote, vanilla fudge, soft spice, honey and a hint of cocoa. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of red fruits, oak and creamy vanilla. An unusual, contemporary Irish whiskey with real personality.

Teeling Single Grain is delightful neat, with a few drops of water to open up the layers of fruit and spice, or served over ice. It also makes an excellent base for premium cocktails, where its Cabernet Sauvignon influence adds a distinctive twist and colour to classic recipes.
