Champagne Taittinger is a Champagne from the first presses, made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The Chardonnays come mostly from âGrands Crusâ from the CĂŽte des Blancs and the Pinots Noirs come from Crus from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. The Brut MillĂ©simĂ© 2000 aged several years in cellars, which allows the slow ripening of the aromas as well as the development of the length and the complexity of the wine. The 2015 harvest offered grapes of a beautiful maturity giving balanced wines endowed with with good homogeneity.
