Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%) grapes, including a quarter of reserve wine.

A brilliant 17 th century spirit, the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart is

also a visionary entrepreneur. During his travels, he observes the enthusiasm

sparked by the Champagne wine from the great courts of Europe.

Champagne business. Nicolas Ruinart, nephew of Dom Thierry decides to realize
