The R de Ruinart is the fruit of a clever combination of wines made from Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%) grapes, including a quarter of reserve wine. It is a golden champagne, lively and fruity, with a subtle aroma. white-fleshed fruit.

A brilliant 17 th century spirit, the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart is also a visionary entrepreneur. During his travels, he observes the enthusiasm sparked by the Champagne wine from the great courts of Europe.
