Champagne Ruinart "Blanc de Blancs (150cl) (Magnum)

Of great aromatic power, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs has the pure purity of

which it is 100% derived. It concentrates mainly the Premiers Crus of the

Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
The nose is intensely fruity. Citrus fruits (lemon, citron ...) and exotic fruits

(pineapple, passion fruit ...) are blooming here. Then come touches of

flowers (jasmine) and fleshy fruits (white peach, pink berry).
Accurate, clean, the wine develops a subtle balance between

roundness and suppleness in the mouth.
Convivial and lively, so bright on langoustines with fresh herbs.
Love the sea: its fruits, its white fish. Bar tartare with citrus fruits and

ginger as a starter. In flat, sole on the plancha. Tangy tip for dessert:

lemon pie or grapefruit granita.
The white of whites was elaborated with a large majority of chardonnay

resulting from the first crus of the coast of white and the mountain of Reims

with a little of Sézannais. Very fresh fruit, citrus, it is sweet and tender

with a nice mellow, freshness returning to the final. Very nice white of whites.
