Founded in 1785, Heidsieck & CO Monopole is one of the oldest houses in Champagne. This historical heritage is found in each of its wines of an exceptional and often awarded oenological quality.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR :
A straw-yellow, bright golden color with slightly coppery reflections. Fine bubbles.
NOSE:
Nose intense, generous, complex, with woody scents, dried fruits (dry apricot).
STUFFY :
A generous and winey palate bringing out the flavors of candied fruit.
