Respectful and convinced of the "Fair Trade" aspect in its search for raw materials, the Radermacher Distillery has opted in the development of its 1836 Organic Barrel Aged Rum for a distillate of organic sugar cane juice. After a first aging in French Limousin oak barrels, having previously contributed to the maturation of Whiskey Lambertus, all the richness of the aromatic palette of the rum will then be refined by finishing in new American oak barrels.
