Abuelo 7 years old comes from the mixture of several old rums scrupulously selected for their aromatic qualities. Distilled from sugar cane grown in the San Isidro hacienda, the cuvées have spent many years aging in small oak barrels.

The first scents that reach the nose reveal a vegetal side that is reminiscent of pipe tobacco. Then come typical notes of molasses and caramel.
The entry in the mouth is very silky, even creamy. It feels like butterscotch melting on your tongue.
The end of the mouth is thick, like a light and clear honey. The caramel is still there, a light liquorice follows it from a distance.
