In 1911, with the officialization of the scale of wines, Raymond Duval-Leroy, eager to pay homage to his predecessors, created an exceptional wine. He was the first to develop a champagne combining the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir selected in the villages classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru of the Greater Marne Valley, the Montagne de Reims, and the Côte des Blancs.
During the first tasting, Raymond Duval-Leroy discerned a white flower aroma that exhaled an evocative fragrance of the "vine flower" in June. Thus was born Fleur de Champagne. All in elegance and "touch", it is adorned with a lace of fine and satiny bubbles.
