Inspired by the bronze Angelot from which it takes its name, Amour de Deutz is a rare cuvée. Seductive with its pure, crystalline colour, Amour de Deutz is a subtle cuvée, deep and delicate, almost bewitching. It has a pale gold colour with silvery highlights. Its bubbles are fine and unctuous. The nose reveals complex notes of yellow fruit (apricot, peach, kumquat, mirabelle plum, etc.), followed by floral aromas and a hint of fresh almond. On the palate, the attack is rich and full. The texture is creamy. The fruity aromas discovered on the nose are repeated. This is a cuvée with good ageing potential.
