TASTING NOTES
COLOR :
Beautiful shine, pale yellow color, effervescence, good persistence.
NOSE :
Freshness, finesse, elegance, almost buttery creaminess, citrus (pink-fleshed grapefruit).
MOUTH :
The creaminess explodes, giving the wine a binder. We find notes of dried fruit (hazelnut) but also of dried apricot, notes of vanilla, blond tobacco and biscuit dough.
HARMONIES:
Ideal wine for the transition between the aperitif and the first course.
