On the nose, Comtes de Champagne Rosé 2007 offers intense aromas of red berries (wild strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), floral notes, hints of blood orange, fine spices and delicate brioche.
On the palate, it is silky, deep and structured: ripe red fruit is lifted by precise acidity, the mousse is extremely fine, and the finish is long, mineral and slightly spicy.

Food pairings: outstanding with beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, lobster, pigeon or duck, as well as with refined cheeses and low-sugar desserts based on red fruit.
