About Champagne Demoiselle La Parisienne 2015

La Parisienne 2015 is a vintage Brut Champagne from Maison DEMOISELLE. It brings together the three most commonly used Champagne grape varieties, with a majority of Chardonnay from Grand Cru terroirs.

The nose is fine and floral, with notes of lemongrass, then white flowers, ending with gourmand notes of buttered brioche. The palate is lively, with the same fruity notes as on the nose.

A champagne in a superb Art Nouveau-inspired bottle.

A beautifully fresh cuvée, ideal as an aperitif or with oysters and shellfish or scallop carpaccio. It can also be enjoyed with lightly sweetened pastries.
