Located on a superb terroir in the north-east of the high plateau of Pomerol, composed of gravel with presence of clay, the vintage belongs since 1953 to Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix. It is managed by Christian Moueix, assisted by the team of oenologist Eric Murisasco.
Its 14 hectares, planted with 80% Merlot and the rest in Cabernet Franc, have a share of old vines bought at Château Le Gay in 1995. As its name suggests, the estate is adjacent to Château Lafleur and faces Petrus .
Finesse, depth and grace define the wines of La Fleur-Pétrus, promised to a long guard.
