Château Rieussec 1989, The square tower of the castle dominates a hilltop of gravel located at the same height as its immediate neighbour, Yquem. Needless to say, the estate enjoys an exceptional terroir; To be convinced, just taste this remarkable 2007. Dressed in a light color, it develops a fine and powerful bouquet mixing ripe grapes, apricot, broom and cinnamon with a balsamic touch. Silky, round and rich, the palate finds its balance between liquor and fresh notes of menthol. Pair with a braised veal chuck with orange and star anise. Friendly and greedy.
