Champagne Gardet Brut Selected Reserve - (75cl)

A bewitchingly deep champagne...

A wine marked by the black grape varieties of Champagne, representative of the traditional style

from Maison Gardet and combining reserve wines aged in wood. A wine whose

assertive and powerful character will delight lovers of atypical champagnes.

Technical data

The Brut Selected Reserve is made for two-thirds of Pinots Noir and Meunier and for one

third of Chardonnay, and is then kept for a year in oak casks where it acquires its

uniqueness.

Dosage: about 8 g/l.

Tasting temperature: between 8 and 10°C.

Conservation: 2 to 3 years.

Organoleptic characteristics

The dress is deep yellow gold, with a certain shine.

The nose remains discreet even closed. A slight impression of austerity emerges. Marks

of wheat appear. A serious, upright appearance, giving him the look of a gentleman…

The mouth reveals the truth of the wine around the powerful aromas of fruit paste,

candied fruit (orange) associated with a mixture of spices (cinnamon) and a hint of anise.

The texture is tight, tense and firm reinforcing the “serious” character of the wine. There

underlying minerality is expressed throughout the tasting like a common thread

of the personality of the wine. This highlights the complexity and power of the wine.

Gastronomic alliances

A champagne to appreciate and taste like a Cognac or an old Armagnac, for

its true nature, even its true nature. Associating it with a dish would take away its naturalness if

full and expressive.

Available in bottle (limited edition, numbered).
