An extraordinary purity representative of the great vintage 2010!
The Domaine is now run by Marie-Francoise Guillard, Patricia Chevillon and their husbands. The fourth generation of this family property perpetuates the know-how of the ancients, on a Domain that counts 20 hectares including two on the famous terroir of the Cazetiers. To deliver pure and modern wines, the practices are oriented towards the total destemming and in the cellar a cold pre-fermentation.
On the 2010 vintage, winemaking practices have changed, with less pigeages for a wine on the fruit of incredible precision! The first 10 months of aging in new barrels coat the wine of a majestic wood. On the palate the wine is rich, round and balanced by a beautiful acidity that promises a good aging potential.
