At the head of 17 hectares of vineyards following the retirement of his father in 1995, David Duband has to his credit several of the most prestigious wines of Burgundy. A true follower of organic farming since 2004, he had already abandoned weed killers in 1998. His desire is to develop wines on the fruit and imbued with elegance. According to La Revue du Vin de France, Mr. Duband "is probably the winemaker who comes closest to the great wines of Lalou Bize-Leroy," a flattering comparison with the grande dame of Burgundy.
