A true delight, a beautiful harmony! The Côte de Beaune of Maison Joseph Drouhin is very particular since it comes largely from the estate (3 hectares) as well as young vines of the famous Clos des Mouches. Harvesting is manual in small boxes pierced to preserve the integrity of the fruit. If necessary, the grapes are selected twice: during the manual harvest, then on a sorting table in the vat room. Whites go into casks directly after settling. Aging in barrels of which 20% new barrel during a period of 12 months.
