Harmonious marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this is a blended rosé with an amber color with copper highlights.
On the first nose, we discover a champagne with notes of morello cherries, small berries and candied lemons.
On the second nose, more intense and more powerful flavors of mocha, cocoa, and even peaty notes stand out.
On the palate, after an elegant and ample attack, we discover a perfectly balanced Vintage 2002 Rosé Dom Pérignon.
Its creamy and extremely fine texture carries aromas of red fruits, spices and citrus fruits.
