This impressive whiskey is a luxury version of Jack Daniel's Black Label. Jack Daniel's is an American distillery of Tennessee whiskey. It was created by Jack Daniel in 1866 in Lynchburg.
A TRUE GENTLEMAN, A TRUE WHISKEY
Its particularity: it is filtered twice on charcoal maple. Once before, and once after maturation. This process brings him more softness and subtlety. At the time, Jack Daniel had himself tried to filter his whiskey twice. His successors resumed his idea to create Gentleman Jack in 1988. Marketed in France twenty years later, Gentleman Jack completes the line of Tennessee Whiskeys. Its aromatic profile lends itself perfectly to mixology but it can be eaten either dry or on ice.
Tasting notes:
Dress: Beautiful amber color.
Nose: Peaty because of corn, barley and rye with woody nuances.
Palate: Fluffy with a rich flavor and a light aftertaste. Pleasant and sweet due to double filtration.
Final: Sweet, tender, long. A touch of exotic fruits and vanilla.
