August 17th is a new Belgian single malt whiskey developed by the creator of the famous Cosmik vodka.
A single malt distilled perfectly and above all aged in century-old barrels that contained port and then cognac.
These barrels over 100 years old bring an incredible roundness and smoothness to the whisky.
The August 17th whiskey also develops subtle notes of smoke brought by the drying process of the barley. Indeed the malting of the barley used to make the August 17th whiskey is carried out with the wheat used to make the Cosmik vodka.
The face of the Roman Emperor August adorns the pretty bottle produced in a limited edition of 7950 bottles.
