The Le Chardonnay Vintage 2000 vintage from Pol Roger is a Blanc de Blancs made from chardonnay coming only from the Côte des Blancs, an area located near Epernay and which brings together the most beautiful chardonnay terroirs in the region. Vinified in vats, this champagne highlights the freshness and liveliness of a blanc de vins.

It is a wine which offers a nose with notes of yellow fruits (apricot, peach), but also more surprising flavors of harvest and a herbaceous touch. On the second nose, notes of candied fruit appear.

On the palate, we discover a vintage with an attack full of freshness and roundness. It is a full, light and airy mouthfeel. The mineral presence is very distinctive, biting and lively. A light fruity presence also brightens the mouth. One of the very beautiful vintage Blanc de Blancs.
