About Château Cantemerle:
After successively being the property of the Villeneuve (1576-1892) and Dubos (1892-1980) families, in 1981 Château Cantemerle joined the land holdings of the powerful building and public works insurance mutuals (SMABTP). A complete renovation of the facilities has therefore enabled the estate to regain its place among the grands crus of the Haut-Médoc appellation. Here, the intervention of man and the use of noble materials have been privileged. At harvest time, the grapes are carefully harvested and sorted by hand. The production of each parcel is vinified separately in large oak vats favoring a slow and gentle extraction of tannins. The wines are then aged in barrels for twelve months, then lightly clarified before being bottled at the château.

About Château Les Hauts De Baboye 1999:
A pleasant Sauternes with light golden nose: Sophisticated wine taste captured notes of juicy peach, almonds, hazelnuts and apricots. Mouth: Intense sweet taste of the wine reveals notes of peach, apricot, mango and honey, which goes perfectly with the exquisite aroma of wine. Recommendation: The wine perfectly suited to foie gras, duck, desserts, cheeses.
